Table for One

I believe in the thousand quotes that deems the secret ingredient in any dish being love, care, and undivided attention. I started cooking at about 9 years old to help at home and it wasn’t until I moved out on my own in my twenties that I began fooling around the kitchen. Since I stayed alone, it was easier for disasters to pass and conquered experiments to stay in my recipe books.

'Table for One’ as you can guess signifies solo dining.

And just like a restaurant that serves up the best whether you’re an individual or a group, I believe in putting the effort, plating pretty, and never compromising just because you’re cooking for one. Over the years, I’ve learnt to adapt the recipes to serve more, but at the core of it all - it is always tested by ‘just me’
